Sarah could not stand it and fainting, Dean scream his name and ran to her, with the help of Sam laid her on a bed, Amanda call a doctor, and it came quickly. They went to give them privacy, Dean was walking from one side to another feeling great despair, Sam asked Dean what had happened and I explain.
